What Makes The Approach Different?
This technique was developed and refined over more than 1,000 patients treated — built to achieve the most beautiful, natural-looking outcome in a single treatment.
For lips, the focus is on reshaping and creating definition, while preserving a natural vertical height — never overfilled. For facial balancing and facial filler, this unique technique allows for maximum reshaping of the features using a minimal amount of filler, guided by Olga's own custom-developed protocols.
Every treatment plan is guided by a trained aesthetic eye for proportion, symmetry and natural movement — the vision behind the Modlinska Method.
Trainings are conducted every month. Olga is the founder of the Facial Aesthetics Academy, with online access for medical professionals.
Olga's work and signature technique are widely followed on social media and are also used to educate other injectors. Therefore, we're currently prioritizing appointments for patients who are comfortable having their treatment photographed and filmed.

Lip Filler

The signature Modlinska technique considers the lips from every angle, including the border, profile, symmetry and balance between the upper and lower lip. The goal is not simply to add volume, but to create a shape that looks intentional and complements the rest of your face.
This individualized technique is available exclusively with Olga at our clinic. Your consultation is included, and your final treatment plan will be created with you on the day of your appointment.

Smile lines cannot always be corrected by simply placing filler directly into the fold. Too much product in the wrong area can make the lower face appear heavier without addressing what is actually creating the line.
Depending on your anatomy, treatment may include structural support in the pyriform area, a cannula technique to soften the fold more evenly or a customized combination of both.
Our approach is designed to soften the appearance of smile lines without creating unnecessary heaviness or bulk around the mouth. The goal is a smoother, fresher appearance that continues to look natural when your face moves.
Your consultation is included, and the most appropriate technique will be selected after assessing the depth of the lines, surrounding volume and facial structure.

Cheek filler is not only about creating higher or sharper cheekbones. With thoughtful placement, it can restore volume through the midface, create a softer and more plump appearance and improve the overall balance of the face.
Placement is customized based on your features and goals. Some patients benefit from subtle volume replacement, while others prefer more visible contour and definition. The product, amount and injection pattern are selected individually rather than using the same approach for every face.
For most patients, 2 mL is recommended to create a balanced result across both sides. However, the final amount is determined case by case based on your anatomy, existing volume and desired outcome.

Jawline filler can create a more defined lower face, improve the transition between the chin and jawline and help soften the appearance of early jowls.
Our signature Jawline Sculpt method is designed to create visible definition while keeping the result feminine and avoiding an overly wide or heavy lower face. The chin is included as part of the treatment when needed to create a more balanced profile and a continuous, well-defined jawline.
For most patients, a 3 mL approach is recommended to achieve a balanced result across the chin and both sides of the jawline. The exact amount and placement are determined individually based on your anatomy, existing structure and desired outcome.
In some cases, a small amount of toxin may also be recommended to enhance the result. This will be determined during your consultation. For appointments with media release, toxin recommended as part of the Jawline Sculpt treatment is included in the listed price.

Facial balancing uses filler across selected areas of the face to create better harmony, restore volume and improve overall proportions. Rather than treating one feature in isolation, the face is assessed as a whole and the available product is carefully distributed where it will make the greatest difference.
The 2 mL option is ideal for a more targeted correction and may include areas such as the cheeks, chin, smile lines or under-eyes. The 3 mL option allows for a more comprehensive treatment across several areas.
For patients who need greater volume restoration or correction, 4 mL, 5 mL or more may be recommended. This allows additional areas—including the temples, cheeks, chin, jawline, smile lines and under-eyes—to be addressed as part of one cohesive plan.
The number of areas treated depends on your anatomy and how much product is available. Your consultation is included, and the final placement of each milliliter will be determined based on where it can create the most balanced and effective result.

4–5 Syringes · Unique Face-Tightening Protocol
Full Facial Balancing is a comprehensive, case-by-case approach designed to improve the overall harmony of the face rather than treating one area in isolation.
When appropriate, the treatment may be combined with our signature lifting protocol to create a more supported and lifted appearance. Typically, 4 to 5 syringes are recommended and carefully distributed across different areas of the face based on your anatomy, existing volume and individual goals.
Although several syringes may be used, the product is never concentrated in one area or added without purpose. Every placement is intentional, with the goal of creating balance and support without overfilling the face or creating a “pillow face” appearance.
Your exact treatment plan and the number of syringes recommended will be determined during your consultation.
Nose filler is not included in Full Facial Balancing. Lip filler is also considered a separate procedure and is not routinely included, unless it is specifically recommended as part of your treatment plan after consultation.

Under-eye filler is designed to soften hollowness beneath the eyes and create a smoother, more rested appearance.
Treatment may be performed with a cannula, a needle or a combination of both, depending on your anatomy and the areas that need correction. In many cases, under-eye filler works best when combined with the 2 mL facial balancing approach to restore surrounding support and create a more cohesive result. However, it may also be performed as a standalone treatment.
One syringe is typically more than enough to treat the under-eye area. We always take a gradual and conservative approach, using only the amount needed to improve the hollowing without making the area appear heavy or puffy.

What Is an Appointment with Media Release?
It is a regular appointment with Olga that includes photography and video documentation for her professional and educational platforms.
You come in as you normally would. We take your before photos, discuss your goals, create your treatment plan and perform your treatment. Our team documents parts of the process and your results. You do not need to be a model or have any experience on camera.
Olga's work and signature technique are widely followed on social media and are also used to educate other injectors. Because documenting her work is an important part of both, appointment availability is currently prioritized for patients who are comfortable being photographed and filmed and agree to a media release.
You may choose to show your full face or remain anonymous with lips only.
Do I have to talk on camera?
No. You don't need to prepare anything, memorize anything, pose or know what to say. For most appointments, we simply document the consultation, treatment and results. If we'd like to film something that requires your participation, we'll always let you know.
Will my face be shown?
It depends on the treatment. For lip appointments, some content may focus only on the lips or lower part of the face. For cheeks, chin, jawline and full-face treatments, we generally need to show enough of the face to clearly demonstrate the treatment and result.
The photo and video documentation required for your appointment will be explained before treatment and covered by the applicable media consent.

Your treatment plan
Appointments with Media Release follow the same consultation and treatment process as Olga's regular appointments. Your treatment is always based on your anatomy and goals. Being filmed does not mean that you have to receive a particular treatment or amount of filler. Olga will recommend what she believes is appropriate for your face.
